Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects (DAEP) hosted the first meeting of the Emiratization Support Team in the Aviation Sector of Dubai for this year, in collaboration with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) and with the participation of representatives from all aviation entities in the emirate. The meeting is part of ongoing efforts to enhance Emirati participation in this vital sector and is one of several collaborative initiatives aimed at developing local talent and creating career opportunities for UAE nationals.
Representing DAEP, Mr. Ahmed Taleb, Senior Director of Support Services and HR, attended the meeting, where key topics were discussed, including strategies to increase Emirati engagement in aviation roles and initiatives to support career growth and skill development within the sector.
