Under the esteemed patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council, the Dubai Autism Center has launched its 19th annual Autism Awareness Campaign under the theme: “I Have Autism, Accept Me The Way I Am.” This month-long initiative coincides with World Autism Awareness Day, observed globally on April 2nd, and aligns with the UAE’s designation of 2025 as the “Year of Community” under the slogan “Hand in Hand,” emphasizing the nation’s commitment to fostering unity and social cohesion. DAEP proudly supports this noble endeavor, believing in the importance of enhancing awareness, acceptance, and inclusion for individuals with autism, and reaffirming its commitment to social responsibility and support for humanitarian initiatives in the United Arab Emirates.
